Return of Secrets
Magic tricks are unusual products because the primary value lies in the secret method used to achieve the effect.
Under UK consumer law, customers normally have a right to cancel distance purchases within 14 days. However, this right can be lost once sealed or digital content containing the secret method has been accessed, as the intellectual content has effectively been consumed.
For this reason:
• Magic tricks cannot be returned or refunded once the secret has been revealed or the instructional material has been accessed.
• This includes printed instructions, video explanations, downloads, or any teaching material explaining the method.
We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, difficulty level, and performance videos before purchasing.
Your rights remain fully protected if:
• The item is faulty or defective
• The item is not as described
• The item arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item
In these cases we will happily repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

Physical Products
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
It must be in the original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final.
Refunds cannot be offered once a digital item has been downloaded or accessed, unless required by law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
